⚙️ Solution:

1. Start with whatever you have—whether it’s a draft of a technical document, an outline for a presentation, or even notes scribbled on a whiteboard. 2. Choose your AI writing assistant, e.g. ChatGPT or Claude.ai

3. Paste in your text and ask the AI to “rewrite at a 10th grade reading level” (you can, of course, also ask it to write at an 8th grade or 6th grade reading level).

5. Give the AI feedback -- the more specific the better -- on anything it got wrong and how it might improve.
